Availability, cancellations and changes
We try to keep inventory information accurate but stock levels can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with options. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot always be changed once processing has begun.
Returns and refunds
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Physical cards and card packs must be unopened to be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and verified, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. No restocking fees apply.
Liability and warranty
